I feel your frustration! And thank you so much for looking into
this & getting it taken care of promptly! We have not paid
the invoice yet, so I will deduct $400.00 as you stated. Thanks
for doing that, it is much appreciated. I have to say, I wish
all our vendors were like you & owed up to their responsibilities,
whether something that went wrong was their fault or not. You
are truly an outstanding vendor to work with Jim. Thanks again
for caring & rectifying the situation accordingly.

Jim,
Thanks for the information. Earlier today I talked with one of
our General Managers who has attended this trade show in
the past. Based on what he said we could be getting a lot
more traffic at our booth that I planned for, as much as
5,000-7,000 people. Could you give me price breakdowns in
higher quantities? I'm not sure if I will be able to get
this approved. I've already had some resistance but I'm going
to try.
On a side note, when we first started looking at having private
label water in our sites we requested samples from several sources.
Several of your competitors our there had poor quality labels
and water. You put out a good product.

Hi Jim,
